UX/UI Designer (Timisoara or Remote)

We’re currently looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team.

The right teammate is a well-rounded individual with strong interaction, visual, and problem-solving abilities, a passion for simplifying a complex problem space, and a desire to craft delightful, useful, and efficient experiences for our users.

You have the flexibility to choose a full remote working setup, therefore your relocation to Timisoara is not mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create new designs, including (but not limited to) user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes;
• Present the user interface visually so information is easy to read, easy to understand, and easy to find;
• Create a consistent look across the whole product, and contribute to developing further our Design System;
• Conduct user experience research and usability tests;
• Collect ideas and feedback from peers and stakeholders, including them in your design process;
• Communicate design intent to development teams. Clearly rationalize and justify design work and advocate for users’ needs;
• Collaborate with other UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, Developers;

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• 3+ years of experience designing web or desktop applications;
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design;
• Must have a portfolio featuring examples of UX and UI design work;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience using design software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Zeplin, and similar is a must;
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus;

Due to the pandemic, we will most likely continue the full work-from-home setup until the end of the year.
