Dormant plan information

When cancelling, you can choose to keep all your data safe until you need it again by activating the Dormant plan and paying a monthly fee of 5$/month. Otherwise, all your data (forms, collected submissions, and files) will be deleted in 30 days after the last payment or cancellation, whichever happens last. If you cancel your subscription and don’t activate our Dormant plan in 30 days, you will need to re-create the forms in case you want to use 123FormBuilder in the future.

You don’t need the dormant plan if your 123FormBuilder account complies with our basic plan features.

How to activate the dormant plan?

Before activating the dormant plan, head over to your website and unpublish your current forms. If you don’t do this before switching to Dormant, your forms will display the following error message:

Now, let’s get started. Follow these easy steps to activate Dormant:

  • Navigate to My Account – Account details.

  • Below your account’s subscription details, click on the Cancel subscription text.

  • Next, you have two options available: Cancel my subscription and Activate Dormant. Click Activate Dormant.

  • A confirmation message appears when your Dormant subscription is activated.

  • Open My Account and double-check your account type.

How to switch back to your 123FormBuilder subscription

To re-activate your previous subscription, head over to our Pricing page.

We indicate what was your subscription type before your Dormant subscription (*Your previous plan). Here you can also opt for a higher plan.

  • Click Choose Plan below your desired plan.

  • Follow our usual subscription flow.

How to continue using 123FormBuilder free of charge

If you decide to cancel your paid subscription and to keep your forms, you will need to remove any advanced features that aren’t available on the Basic Plan. Remove the following features  to avoid penalties:

  • File Upload fields
  • HTML Blocks
  • Delete your collected files from your Uploads Manager
  • Repeatable Container fields
  • Quiz – Countdown Timer
  • Quiz – Answers (Show missed results, Enable Partial Answers)
  • Quiz – Show Quiz Results
  • Custom Reports
  • Report filters
  • Limit number of forms to 5
  • Limit number of fields to 10
  • Remove submissions if  the limit exceeds 100 per month
  • Limit API calls to 100 per day
  • Rules (field, email and form rules).
  • Domain aliasing
  • Data encryption
  • Custom favicon
  • All third party integrations, except Wix Contacts and NationBuilder

Is this service free?
Yes, we offer a free form builder service. Just sign up to the Basic plan and you are all set. This plan is forever free, but you are limited with a few features only, such as 5 forms per account, 100 submissions per month and you have to keep the backlink to 123FormBuilder on your forms. Check out our features matrix for more information.
How many forms can I create?
It depends on the service plan you are on. Higher service plans enable more features, including more web forms for your account. If you need more forms, go to the My Account section of your account and click the upgrade button. To create an unlimited number of forms, either upgrade to the Platinum service plan or higher. Consult our features matrix for more information.
How can I publish my forms?
You can publish your forms in many ways, by using their direct URL or HTML link, embedding them with a JavaScript code, Inline HTML or iFrame, using the Facebook app or the WordPress plugin, using popups, the Blogger code snippet and many more. Once you have created and customized your form, go to the Publish section to complete your work. Read more in our documentation.
How do I change my form design?
You can change the design of your form in the Themes section, which is located in your form settings. We offer a set of more than 30 predefined form themes for your forms, but you can also create your own from scratch. You can customize the submit button, the logo and more. To apply your own stylesheets, all forms come with a custom CSS editor.
