Is the 123FormBuilder service free?

Yes, we offer a free form builder service. It offers a satisfying range of options, but it has certain limitations.

However, don’t let this underestimate its potential! Even with our free service plan, you can build impressive forms for various purposes. Whether it’s a simple contact form, an event registration form, or any other form you might need, our free plan is here to help you get started.

With the Basic free plan, you can build 5 forms with a maximum of 10 fields each. The forms must keep the backlink to 123FormBuilder while you are using the free service.

The Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Enterprise plans include many extra features that cover all form development possibilities: from full customization of appearance, and advanced features (such as payments and conditional logic, just to name a few) to corporate solutions.

You can purchase a subscription on a monthly or yearly basis. Have a look at our Features list for more details.

  2. I want to upgrade to the gold plan so, just wanted to know in the gold plan, form limit is 20 and the submission limit is 1000. So, is the 1000 submission limit for 1 form or 20 forms together?

    Basically, I want to know if I publish 5 forms in one month what is the submission limit for those 5 forms, is it 1000 or 5000 ( 1000 submission limit X 5 forms).

  3. Is there any form view and submission limit for free plan? That means, how many people can visit my form link and how many submissions can I receive per month with free plan?

  4. I continuously get woken up at 2 o’clock in the morning by text messages/spam that’s attached to at least 20 recipients. Should I report you or someone else?

    1. Hello! The account that used this phishing form is banned. Thank you for reporting it. Kindly note this not not a message sent by our company but from a user of our platform that has your phone credentials most likely.

    1. All the features, except the submission count (which is reset every month), are applied per account. Therefore, the basic package includes 5 forms per account.

    I use your 123form build to my website, i only need one form and maybe around 0-30 forms submit online.
    can you help me check if my plan is enough for me.

Is this service free?
Yes, we offer a free form builder service. Just sign up to the Basic plan and you are all set. This plan is forever free, but you are limited with a few features only, such as 5 forms per account, 100 submissions per month and you have to keep the backlink to 123FormBuilder on your forms. Check out our features matrix for more information.
How many forms can I create?
It depends on the service plan you are on. Higher service plans enable more features, including more web forms for your account. If you need more forms, go to the My Account section of your account and click the upgrade button. To create an unlimited number of forms, either upgrade to the Platinum service plan or higher. Consult our features matrix for more information.
How can I publish my forms?
You can publish your forms in many ways, by using their direct URL or HTML link, embedding them with a JavaScript code, Inline HTML or iFrame, using the Facebook app or the WordPress plugin, using popups, the Blogger code snippet and many more. Once you have created and customized your form, go to the Publish section to complete your work. Read more in our documentation.
How do I change my form design?
You can change the design of your form for more information. in the Themes section, which is located in your form settings. We offer a set of more than 30 predefined form themes for your forms, but you can also create your own from scratch. You can customize the submit button, the logo and more. To apply your own stylesheets, all forms come with a custom CSS editor.
