You can check your payments details in the My Account – Account Details section. Here you can see how close you are to the 100 submission limit (if you are a Basic user) and how many days are left until your account stats will reset. Upgraded users have access to payment related options like Transaction History and are able to Change their Payment Details.

Hello! When an account is downgraded, the owner can access his account and subscription details in My Account – Account Details – Change Payment Details button. This applies only to our native plans ( Gold, Platinum, Professional). Since you have our Wix Starter plan, which is managed by Wix, you will need to change your payment details on the Wix side. To do that, please go to Billing & Payments in your Wix account – click App Actions next to 123FormBuilder – select Update Payment Method.

To cancel your account, click on the Cancel Subscription link within your payment details, but if you are a Wix user, you’ll need to follow this guide.
