In the unlikely event of a safety related recall, it is extremely important that the tire manufacturer have the tire purchaser information on file to assure prompt direct notification, so that the tire purchaser's tires are replaced immediately. The tire manufacturer can notify the tire purchaser ONLY if they have the completed name, address and correct tire identification number(s).

NOTE: Tire Indentification Number(s) Location

The TIN, or Tire Identification Number, can be found on the sidewall of your tire near the rim. This number is prefixed with the letters DOT for “Department of Transportation”, followed by a series of letters and numbers (8 to 10) that identify the location of the factory, tire type, and date of manufacture.
