OWNERSHIP: I understand that I own my manuscript and can reproduce it anytime

RESPONSE TIME: I understand that once I submit my copyedited and completed manuscript, I will receive my printed books within approximately 2-3 weeks. I understand that if I add on copyediting service this can take up to an additional 4 weeks to my book being published.

MY MANUSCRIPT WILL BE COPYEDITED: I hereby give my confirmation that my manuscript will be copyedited by the time I submit it for printing. I acknowledge that if I were to skip this step, my book would be printed "as is." If I add on copyediting I will be sure to run my manuscript through a free program like Grammarly and have read it out loud to myself to find errors before submission.

POST-SUBMISSION FEE FOR CHANGES: I understand that when I submit my manuscript, I may only do so once, and if I want to make any changes to my manuscript after submitting it to the publisher, I will be charged a flat fee of $500. (This typically occurs when an author forgets to include the following OPTIONAL pages: preface, introduction, foreword, acknowledgments, dedication, conclusion.)

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS: I acknowledge that this service allows for the inclusion of up to 20 black and white or color images along with my text manuscript; however, it does not accommodate children's books, cookbooks, coloring books, or photo books.

FINAL APPROVAL: I understand that I will be given 5 days to check for any typos or misspellings prior to printing.

Transform your audio and video content into text effortlessly with our transcription service. We transcribe your recordings verbatim into a single text file (MSWord .docx). Whether it's a lecture, interview, podcast, or any other audio/video material, we've got you covered.

Please note: we do not format transcriptions into manuscripts for published books; you must review and structure the transcribed content into a manuscript with chapters before submitting it for copyediting and printing.

Our service supports multiple audio files or YouTube videos, accommodating up to 50,000 words, equivalent to approximately 400 minutes or 6.7 hours of content.

Submitting your files is simple – just provide us with MP4 format for videos (via YouTube links) or MP3 format for audio files (with links). Need to upload directly to our servers? We've got a solution for that too.
