Responsibilty Agreement/Terms of Service

American International Travel and Tours shall be responsible to the tour participants solely for providing services and accommodations set forth in the trip brochure except to the extent that such services and accommodations cannot be supplied due to delays or other causes beyond its' control.  American International Travel is not responsible nor liable for any act, omission, or negligence whatsoever on the part of any air carrier, motor carrier, hotel, guesthouse, or any person rendering services during the tour.  American International Travel shall not become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property in connection with the tour resulting either directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the air, sea, fire, breakdown of equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, customs regulations, delays from any causes beyond the company's control or resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents.  The tickets and/or contracts in use by any hotel, owner or contractor providing accommodations, transportation or other services shall constitute the sole contract between such hotel, airline, company owner or contractor and the purchasers of the tour and/or the tour member. In the event it becomes necessary, or advisable, for the comfort or well-being of the passengers for any other reason to alter the itinerary or accommodations, such alterations may be made at the discretion of the tour management.  It is further understood and agreed that the stated tour price, $865.00 based on 13 paid participants and is based on tariffs and rates as of Feb. 8, 2025 and is subject to change.  It is further understood and agreed that the participant will be subject to the cancellation policy stated in the trip brochure.  Insurance for the trip must be purchased separately and paid for before the the participant makes their final tour payment.
