How to add online forms to SmugMug?

Use the 123FormBuilder web form builder to create the web forms you want and embed them on your SmugMug as easy as 1-2-3! Follow this guide on how to publish your web forms on SmugMug.

To add online forms to SmugMug, simply log into your 123FormBuilder account, select the online form you want to publish and access its Publish section. We offer a variety of options to choose from, such as embedding your form on a webpage or have it displayed in a lightbox (opened on click or automatically). This documentation details how to embed an online form on a SmugMug webpage with the help of its HTML code, located in the Embed Code subsection.

In 123FormBuilder, go to PublishEmbed Code and copy the Inline HTML code of your online form. In your SmugMug account, go to CustomizeCustomize Site and select the webpage you want to edit, in the panel on the right. Click on the Content tab and hit HTML & CSS from the list below.

<p>Drag and drop the <b>HTML</b> block on your page and paste the HTML code of your form inside the HTML box editor. Hit <b>Done</b> and you’ll see the online form displayed on your webpage. Don’t forget to save changes made to your page before you exit. From now on, visitors can submit your online form on your SmugMug website. All submissions will be saved in the <b>Submissions</b> section of the form in your 123FormBuilder account. </p>

I have tried this numerous times in numerous ways and I can’t get it to display correctly. Can you help me diagnose the problem? I’d love to use this service if I can get it to work.
